Are your filling machines clean/hygienic design ?

We understand how important it is to have sanitary and hygienic principles designed into the equipment, not as an afterthought.  Appropriate Material selection, surface finish, tool-less cleaning where possible and self-draining by default.

What type of equipment do you service and maintain ?

Our expertise is on liquid mixing production vessels and filling machines, powder mixing and tabletting machines, primary packaging (incl blister and sachet), labelling and coding machines and associated conveyor systems.

Do you provide an emergency break – down service ?

For equipment on one of our preventative maintenance programs we can if requested provide emergency cover.

Can you source parts that manufactures say are obsolete or no longer supported ?

We love these challenges, if we can’t find it, we will do our very best to reverse-engineer it.

 What if I have a piece of equipment that nobody knows how to operate ?

This is one of the reasons we started ! One of our first customers no longer had the on-site expertise to run their lipstick machines so we stepped in – then provided full training to their operators 

Can you manufacture tooling for my machine without drawings ?

Yes, this is a service we provide for many of our customers.  We pride ourselves on being able to provide this at a very cost effecitve price without loss of machine performace or quality.

Can you fabricate pucks specifically for my conveyor and bottles

Absolutely, using our in-house CNC machine we can produce accessories like pucks very quickly and accurately to precise tolerances.
