Fabrication & Tooling
As well as manufacturing a range of state of the art, clean design filling machines in-house, we can also design and supply complete production, packing and labelling lines.
With our in house CNC, milling and turning capabilities we also manufacture precision tooling for existing machines.
Integration of existing Systems
We are experienced in bridging the physical and control system gaps between existing equipment, often requiring fabrication of bespoke parts to link components together, then adapting the control and data systems to work seamlessly together.
Equipment Safety/Enclosures
We specialize in UKCA or CE Marking equipment for mechanical or electrical safety, safety interlock installation and inspection as well as production and installation of safety enclosures.
Equipment Upgrades
Rather than invest in expensive new machines we specialize breathing new life into older equipment. Whether it is upgrading the control systems by installation of new PLCs and HMI’s, electrical re-wiring or replacement and upgrade of valves or drives.
Fault-finding & Troubleshooting
We are experienced in electrical, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic fault-finding. We often find ourselves working on equipment where OEM parts are no longer available and are able to use our reverse-engineering and machining expertise.
Service & Maintenance
We offer preventative and reactive maintenance programs for all our installations, as well as selective existing equipment.
Project/Program Management
Beyond design and installation of equipment we have also had experience supporting customers on new facility installation. From design through to start up, we understand the right environment and utilities is just as critical as the right equipment.
Data Acquisition
We design and install data acquisition systems tailored to your business needs, from simple data loggers to integrated cloud-based DAQ solutions.
Prototyping/Scale Up
We have worked directly with customer teams to rapidly prototype idea’s, bringing a proof of principle in days and weeks not months and years. We are also experienced in advising on scale up from small lab/pilot plant equipment to a full scale production.
