We just finished the FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) for 3 new 2 head vacuum fillers. For rigid bottles (e.g glass), our fillers are ideal for applications where the visual fill level is important.  This can be difficult to achieve with bottles that have variable internal dimensions.  Rather than dosing a specific volume our fillers dispense to a pre-set fill level. 

 

An Example case study : Our Customer was manually filling, achieving the desired accuracy was time consuming - taking approximately 10 seconds per bottle.  Our dual head filler reduced this fill time to 1.5 seconds per bottle (3 seconds per fill - 2 bottles at once) also vastly improving the accuracy.   See the short video of us testing one of the units in our factory before shipping.
